Our research focuses on understanding patterns of behavior that can serve an important function in some contexts, but can cause problems down the line. Some areas of focus include neurobiology, cognitive rigidity and obsessive thinking. Many of the projects in the lab focus on psychopathology related to these behaviors and traits, such as anorexia nervosa and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders.
