Eating Disorder Treatment

The eating disorder clinic at VCU’s Center for Psychological Services and Development offers low cost, high quality outpatient therapy services for adolescents and adults ages 12 years and above with an eating disorder, disordered eating, and/or body image concerns.
*All types of eating disorders and disordered eating
*Clients must be medically stable and appropriate for outpatient treatment
*Clinicians provide evidence-based treatments such as CBT, FBT, and DBT
*Therapists are supervised by experts in eating disorder treatment
At the eating disorder clinic, Drs. Haynos and Urban supervise members of the lab and affiliated advanced PhD students who provide therapy services to members of our community experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or body image concerns. Dr. Haynos also supervises students treating other clinical problems with a focus on disorders characterized by emotional over or under control.
